- 2 cups beef broth

- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Place beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, and garlic into the crock pot.
- Add beef broth, salt, pepper, thyme, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours until beef is tender.
- Skim excess fat if needed and serve hot.

- You can add peas or green beans in the last 30 minutes for extra color and nutrition.
