- 1 lb ground beef or turkey

- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook ground meat until browned, season with salt and spices, then set aside.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make folding easier.
- Spread a layer of meat on the center of each tortilla, add cheese, diced tomatoes, onions, and cilantro.
- Fold the edges to create a wrap, then grill on a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot with optional sour cream on the side.
