Instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form crust.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
- Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set.
- Let cool, then spread caramel sauce evenly over the top.
- Drizzle melted chocolate over caramel, sprinkle chopped pecans, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
