An easy-to-make decadent turtle cheesecake with a buttery crust, rich cream cheese filling, topped with caramel, chocolate, and pecans.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, press into the bottom of a springform pan to form crust.
  2. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; add eggs one at a time, then vanilla, mixing well.
  3. Pour cream cheese mixture over the crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set.
  4. Let cool, then spread caramel sauce evenly over the top.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate over caramel, sprinkle chopped pecans, and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

  • For best results, soften cream cheese and bake until just set to avoid cracks.
  • Use high-quality caramel and chocolate for richer flavor.
