- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and crushed pretzels seasoned with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, then coat thoroughly with pretzels.
- Place coated chicken on prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top during the last 5 minutes of baking until melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

- Feel free to add your favorite seasonings to the pretzel coating for extra flavor.
