  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway through.
  4. While cauliflower cooks, combine hot sauce with a little olive oil if desired.
  5. Toss crispy cauliflower in buffalo sauce until well coated.
  6. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, you can dust cauliflower with a little cornstarch or gluten-free flour before air frying.
  • Adjust spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
