- 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Blue cheese dressing for dipping
- Celery sticks for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 15-20 minutes until crispy, shaking halfway through.
- While cauliflower cooks, combine hot sauce with a little olive oil if desired.
- Toss crispy cauliflower in buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can dust cauliflower with a little cornstarch or gluten-free flour before air frying.
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less hot sauce.
