Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to make a batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, then coat with additional flour if needed for extra crispiness.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and arrange cauliflower in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower in buffalo sauce and serve immediately with celery sticks or dip.
Notes
- For extra heat, add cayenne pepper to the batter.
