Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Divide the mixture evenly among the tortillas, roll tightly to form taquitos.
- Spray the taquitos with cooking spray or lightly brush with oil.
- Place in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
