- 4 large russet potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry potatoes thoroughly.
- Prick potatoes with a fork several times.
- Rub potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Place potatoes in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway, until skin is crispy and inside is soft.
- Remove carefully, cut open, and add desired toppings.
