Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Saute minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add shredded chicken and stir to coat with the garlic and oil.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in sliced pepperoncini peppers, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5-7 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
