- 1 lb rigatoni pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Mix in cooked rigatoni, basil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil and extra cheese if desired.
