- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add honey to the skillet, stirring until combined. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and brush generously with honey butter sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is cooked through and golden brown, basting with sauce halfway through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot.

- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in honey and garlic overnight.
- Great served with steamed vegetables or rice.
