- 1 onion, chopped

- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 can (14.5 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup ricotta cheese

- 2 oz lasagna noodles, broken

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and crushed tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender (about 8 minutes).
- Stir in ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
