- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Cool in ice water, then peel.
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks into a bowl.
- Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives or parsley. Chill before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or pickle relish to the yolk mixture.
- Serve chilled for the best taste and presentation.
