- 12 oz (340 g) penne or your favorite pasta
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook bacon until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add cooked chicken and cook until heated through.
- Reduce heat and add ranch dressing to the skillet; stir to combine.
- Add cooked pasta, cheddar, Parmesan, and half of the bacon; mix well until cheese melts and sauce is creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with remaining bacon and fresh parsley.
- Serve hot and enjoy this comforting dish.

- For a healthier twist, use turkey bacon or turkey chicken.
