Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
- Pour in chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours or until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken, shred it, and return to the slow cooker.
- Add rice and heavy cream, stir to combine, and cook on high for 1.5 hours or until rice is cooked and creamy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
