- 1 lb (450g) pasta shells
- 1 lb (450g) ground beef
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp (30ml) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta shells in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add ground beef, cook until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and shredded cheese, cook until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
- Combine the cooked pasta shells with the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a leaner option.
- Add sautéed mushrooms or spinach for extra flavor and nutrition.
