Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin, milk, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until well mixed.
- Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and set.
