- For glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 teaspoons milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter until crumbly. Add egg and vanilla, mix until dough forms.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon.
- On a floured surface, roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread sour cream evenly over dough, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Roll up dough tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Place slices on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over warm cookies before serving.
