- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat softened butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Gradually mix in flour mixture.
- Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded tablespoon onto baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
- For extra chewiness, slightly underbake the cookies.
- You can substitute chocolate chips with chunks or white chocolate.
- Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
