- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 lb smoked sausage sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 tbsp ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss diced potatoes with olive oil and ranch seasoning.
- Spread potatoes on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Add smoked sausage slices, then bake an additional 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese and broil until melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
