Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; cook until softened.
- Pour in beef broth and canned diced tomatoes; bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and Worcestershire sauce until melted and creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot garnished with extra cheese or herbs if desired.
