Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 16 squares.
  3. In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
