- 1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 egg, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into 16 squares.
- In a small bowl, combine mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each pastry square.
- Fold the corners over and pinch to seal, forming into bombs.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- You can add cooked bacon bits or jalapenos for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
