Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until frothy, about 5 minutes.
  2. Mix in melted butter, salt, and flour to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
  4. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Punch down the dough and roll into a rectangle.
  5. Spread the shredded cheeses and herbs evenly over the dough, then roll up tightly.
