- 1 (32 oz) bag of frozen tater tots
- 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sour cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Arrange frozen tater tots into the muffin cups, pressing down slightly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese and crumbled bacon over the tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, top with chopped green onions, and serve with optional sour cream.
Notes
- For extra flavor, mix some herbs into the cheese before topping.
- Make ahead by preparing the cups and storing before baking.
