- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Mix in sour cream.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients into wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Fold in blueberries.
- In a small bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour half of batter into prepared pan, spread cream cheese mixture over, then top with remaining batter, swirling gently.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor. Adjust baking time if using frozen.
- Serve slices with additional cream cheese or butter for extra richness.
- Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
