- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder

- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery stalks, sliced
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until translucent.
- Stir in turmeric and ginger; cook for 1 minute.
- Add carrots and celery; cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add cooked chicken; simmer for 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper; serve hot garnished with parsley.
