- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine corn, cheese, mayonnaise, bacon, onion, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve hot with chips or crackers.
Notes
- For extra spice, add chopped jalapeños.
