- 1 pound ground beef
- 12 slider buns
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato sliced
- Pickles (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Form the ground beef into 12 small patties, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- While patties cook, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to make a special sauce.
- Toast slider buns lightly, then spread the sauce on the bottom half of each bun.
- Place a beef patty on each bun, add cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and pickles if using.
- Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add crispy bacon or caramelized onions.
- Make ahead and assemble just before serving to keep buns fresh.
